The role will involve:
- Searching for clients and building relations with them
- Searching for cargoes and booking them
- Searching for carriers for the optimal fulfilment of the cargo transportation order
- Monitoring of proposals for cargo transportation, including control of their cost depending on various factors
- High quality customer service
- Solution of non-standard situations arising during transportation
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication between all parties involved in cargo transportation
We also have a list of requirements for this position:
- Knowledge of English at the upper intermediate level
- Skills of competent communication, the ability to negotiate
- Track record of consistently attaining performance goals and having personal accountability for own results
- Resistance to stress and the ability to multitask
- Multitasking, prioritization and effective time management skills
- Desire to work and develop in the field of logistics for at least one year

- Working hours: from 3 pm till 1 am (Monday-Friday) It is important that during the curfew schedule will be 3pm — 9pm office and then 10pm — 1am remotely
